It feels so good to be welcoming a new year and to be where i am now. So much has changed in the last few months.
I have moved to a new town (Clinton, population 3200 from London, 350000!) and a new job (chaplain, LTO @ St. Anne's SS) and i have embarked on a whole new way of living life. I have started walking every day (at least 20 minutes~no excuses!) and I am careful about what i eat...only Jenny approved items! i have lost nearly 30 # and 21 inches and i feel like i have more energy than i have in a long time. i am living in a snow belt (pictures to follow) but i am not even letting that bother me (although it was a weird feeling the first time i heard the highway was closed) Being 40 is wonderful too. Overall, life is good and i am excited to see what happens next. My goals for 2008 are simple: to eat less and move more, to follow my dreams and try new adventures, to live every day to the fullest and to be healthy and happy.
Life is good!
